mysteriouse 64 boot

Thread Starter
We just reformatted the laptop but instead of loading the 32 bit OS it loaded 64 without giving us an option ,an anyone explain how to fix this please?

By reformatted, I assume you mean that you reinstalled Windows. Personally I prefer 64-bit Windows over 32-bit and I would be ecstatic that I was able to install it. In order to fix it you will have to ensure that your disk is a 32-bit windows disk and thusly reinstall it.
