Amd phenom 1055T help

Well same old story about 1055T stock fan. but yes i know stock fans are noisy
compare to additional one.
I cold down my cpu with Q-FAN OFF COOL & QUIET OFF BUT!
THE crap fan get even louder
So can anybody tell me the best cooler not expensive but normal to me i don"t overclock me pc friend say H50 and Noctua is good

If you don't overclock pretty much every cooler will be fine. H50 and Noctua are for overclocking.

Products such as the Cooler Master Hyper 212+ and the Corsair A50. Both utilize direct touch copper heat pipes to funnel heat to the diffuser fins and to be pushed through by a 120mm fan.

The CM 212+ is the best bang for buck on the market. Has anyone ever heard a bad review? (Plus it's upgradeable, push/pull better fans etc etc.)
