P8P67 Pro red LED/Windows failed to boot.

When I start the computer it shows red LEDs from all places 1 by 1 then the computer boots up. When it gets to the Windows Splash screen, it nevers get in windows 7 and either pops up the Windows Fail to Start message or reboots all together.

Bad motherboard?
Bad CPU?
Bios issue? I reset the motherboard and problem still persist. Also tried updating to the latest bios too.
Any other things to try?

Edit: It even boots up Windows 7 CD, but it won't get past the Windows splash screen loading to desktop. Should I restore my windows copy? Seems like it's my only hope, but the HD worked on my AMD motherboard/Processor so it could be a waste.

Red LED where? Red LED by the memory? If it's by the memory hit the button so it will default the memory speeds where it will run at whatever default timings. Otherwise manually set the timings and voltage. If it is still unstable adjust VCCIO voltage.

Is this install of Windows 7 a clean install?

DRAM, CPU, VGA, and then Boot device in that order and then the computer posts up but cannot get back into Windows. This is not a clean install because it has data from the AMD motherboard/processor the computer was using before.

The computer starts up so I doubt it's a problem with the Ram not being recognized. It even tells me how much Ram is inserted.

Edit: Fixed....Nevermind Close thread GMs.
