I run the XLF Blue LED fans in my sig rig and while they don't have the highest flow-rating, they're quiet and move an adequate amount of air to keep my rig cool.

They look great to boot with a nice blue glow that doesn't overpower my rig. I'd say buy, I love mine.

If you look at one of the Air/Water Cooling stickies, there'll be a post with Fan comparisons. I'll dig it up for you in a sec, but I think I remember it saying that your posted fans were good budget fans - that is, good for what you pay.

Also - I think they look awesome...
