Hello OCN

I'm getting a 955 with a cheap motherboard, someone suggested that I heatsink the VRMs but I have a hyper 101a and they are circular things, i have no idea how I can heatskin these, are there any type of special heatsink that are made for that?

If you're talking about motherboard heatsinks, most people consider them a waste of time. Just make sure you have heatsinks on the MOSFETs, the north bridge, and the south bridge, everything else should be fine as is.

If you're talking about the VRM's on the video card (which I hope you aren't) stock cooling should be fine.

Either way... I don't think you really need to "heatskin" anything (sorry just a quick joke)

what are you talking about? motherboard VRm shouldn't be circular? it should be a straight line or a right angle.

I don't know what you mean by "circular". The MOS-C1s should work with the VRM chips on your motherboard though.
