You already have a 580!?

I thought your sigrig was your "future" setup...

Mate, if you already have the 580 then stick with it man, its perfectly fine for 1080p and if you go 2x mid-range cards when kelper comes out, all the better...

Best of luck.

What if you're SLI'ing two 2GB 560ti's?

And if having two in SLI would kill your temps, would you consider a 570/580 any more "futureproof" since having either of those two in SLI would be even worse? (temp/power-wise at least)

its easier to sell the 580... after you upgrade again.

however, its not easy to sell to "slow" 560ti's in a couple of years, if you expect to get just a bit of cash for it

I dont know why people dont seem to like the gtx 560 ti's. They arent the best but 560's in SLI would beat the 580 by a good amount, also the reviews ive seen rectify this. If you are willing to drop 500 dollars on a graphics card I would get a single 580 only because it gives an upgrade path in the future.
