1055t Overclocking

I have a 1055t (95w if it matters), an asus m4a89gtd, and some 1333mhz mushkin ram but I can't seem to get anything for an OC. Even with a small OC I have to lower the ram divider to get to windows. I've managed to get to 3.4 but i'm doing 1.55 to the ram at only 1000mhz and 1.35 to core. Load temps stay below 50C on prime95 for a while. Sort of a ramble but I hope it makes sense.

What is the setting of the RAM?
Mushkin (generic-spec) 1333 CL9 kits are generally not known to OC well at all, esp. the Silverline kits. That's expected, buying 1333 CL9 you are buying generic & bottom of the line and the ICs are not binned to run any settings but default, unlike with kits at lower latencies or speeds of at least DDR3-1600 (by the way, DDR3-1600 is cheaper all the time anyway). So really, don't expect much OC if at all. With a 1055T this really doesn't help, to reach 4Ghz effectively (286-300 bus clock) you need 1600Mhz RAM (using the x5.33 multiplier).

So even lowering the divider won't help? Oh well I was looking at getting a 2x4gb kit anyway so I guess now's the time to do it.

Oh it will, I can get mine up to 275 FSB without issues. Any higher than that I'll have to start increasing RAM voltage.

243 or so and I can't get it higher even with raising voltages. I backed off to 240 and lowered my voltages some because it's the difference between 3.4 and 3.36, it's not like it's the 4ghz mark.

Weird, though I posted but here I go again. Ram timings got messed up, fixed them up, managed to OC to 4 ghz, core 5 fails after 3 hours, 12 minutes, rest were fine sitll going at 10 hours when i got home from work. Max temp on HWMonitor was 65C on CPU temp but backed off to 58C after core 5 failed. Don't really want to up voltage to get it stabled as to not raise temp, I'll see if letting my too much AS5 cure helps at all with temps.
