You should be good up into the 1800's.

What is the bus clock you are running? 200Mhz as usual? Higher?

Got my Bulldozer the other day, the only way I can get my ram to run at 1600 is by manually doing it even though the ram is 1600 by default. Check this out, says 10700 and its supposed to be 12800

Thats normal, the RAM is OCed by manufacturer @ that speed.
My 2133 or 2200 RAM is set @ 1600 by BIOS

All RAM has a default SPD frequency set by the vendor. This is NOT the max speed that the RAM is rated to be able to run at. It is a safe boot frequency for many CPUs.

Once you boot, you go to the BIOS and set the proper RAM voltage (if need be) and latencies - as specified on the RAM lable-box-tech sheet for your RAM, keeping in mind that anything beyond the default RAM frequency for your CPU is OC'ing and is not guaranteed to work. Most CPUs will run quality speed rated RAM at slightly higher than the default RAM frequency.

For Phenom II CPUs the default is 1333 MHz. For FX CPUs it's 1866 MHz. Deneb CPUs will usually run RAM up to ~1800 MHz. while Thurbans will often run RAM up to ~2000 MHz. FX CPUs have been reported to run as high as 2400 MHz. These frequencies are the upper limits and not guaranteed to be possible on all CPUs/RAM/Mobos.

I can get it running at 1600, just says it's 10700 which bugs me.

- Tested together at 1600MHz, Vdimm = 1.50V, at latency settings of 9-9-9-24 on Intel DDR3-based motherboards.
- SPD programmed at: JEDEC standard 9-9-9-24 values at 1333MHz.
- XMP 9-9-9-24 values at 1600MHz, 1.50V

says this on the product description.

10700 is the RAM default frequency of 1333 MHz. The SPD is not programmed for the fastest frequency that the RAM has been tested to run at. The product lable is saying that you can run the same latencies at 1600 MHz. as at the default 1333 MHz. frequency.

It's worth noting that Intel approved DDR3 RAM does not always run well on AMD CPUs and vice versa.
