If given the choice for all to be same $, go with ultimate right?

Never actually dealt with buying or working with different OS so excuse this dumb question. My main thought is, Windows Professional/Enterprise sounds like it might be entirely different than an os just for home/theater so thats why I ask:

If I could get any Windows 7 and they'd all be the same price, I should just get Win7 Ultimate and be able to take use of whatever and it would be just fine for my browsing/gaming/HD movie rig right?

Well, I saw it for sale for $41 awith shipping on ebid. Honestly yea I do know it sounds waay too good to be true but if its sent and is correct then I saved a hell of a lot of money, if its a scam then I let ebid/paypal know and get my money back.

Otherwise I was just gonna buy Premium
