Can anyone give me a little help finding a decent replacement?

Hello all... I have been looking for a motherboard since aerieth confirmed that it was most likely the motherboard and could (once again) use a bit of help if you guys do not mind. Here's my dilemma, I have found what appears to be a rather good motherboard, however there are 2 problems with it. First one being is that it only has a total of 3 fan connectors (a cpu, and 2 "sysfan" for chassis fans and such) where I use 4 sys/chassis fans and 1 cpu fan. The second problem is I don't think my aftermarket heatsink would fit properly. My question is can you guys help me find an inexpensive but good/high quality board that will be compatible with my set up? I don't know too much about boards (part of the reason I am here, to learn and seek guidance from experts ).

Listed things I need in a motherboard:
1. Must be LGA775 socket for my core 2 quad cpu.
2. Must have at least 1 pci-e x16 slot, more is fine.
3. Need at a minimum 4 sata slots, but 6 or more is a plus.
4. My heatsink must be able to fit, if it doesn't I'll have to revert to stock and I don't want that
5. Must have at least 5 fan connectors (1 cpu and 4 chassis/system fan connectors)

Listed below is what I currently use and can't afford a complete new build and rather just use what I have already. Feel free to recommend any changes that are of the same or better quality for a similar value. I need a motherboard + ram but I don't want to spend over 200 total for that if avoidable as I would like to get a LCD monitor and/or a new and fresh gfx card while I am at it. I prefer not to have a board smaller than an ATX if possible.

New Motherboard that I was looking at: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813128496
My cpu cooler link (this MUST be able to fit as it's my only aftermarket heatsink and I love it): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835233003
New Ram link (I think they are good quality and a very good price, or am I incorrect?): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231277
My PSU (newest part, and capable of powering an 8pin motherboard): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817182188

p.s. If this is not the proper place, if you would please direct me to it, I will gladly delete this one and post there instead. (Having trouble finding a general area post things like this for help unless this is cceptable/preferred).

I'm not well versed in 775's in general, but you really shouldn't need an 8-pin CPU power cable no matter what board you got. Even with socket 1155 and 1366 it's not required but makes OCing easier.

That CPU cooler should fit just about any motherboard without issue. It's narrow enough it shouldn't obstruct your RAM or any VREG heatsinks.

G.Skill RAM is pretty consistently the best for the money. OCs well, lifetime warranty, very rarely get dead sticks OOB. G.skill support leaves a little to be desired, but getting replacements from them is very easy.

Thank you CTRLurself [Knyte Custom] for the info =]

Can anyone tell me if this is a good reliable motherboard? http://cgi.ebay.com/ACER-NVIDIA-NFOR...c29d6225#F-A-Q

Tried finding this specific board at other places than just ebay so I can get more solid specs as well as better pic and came up with nothing. If this is a good mobo, then I can save money on getting new ram (for now) and be able to instead get me a better gfx card and much better monitor. Appreciate the input and hope to get an answer very shortly as I'll need to order it asap due to current mobo dieing like it is.

On principle alone I would bet not, simply because it's an Acer OEM board. The very core of my techie self actually hates Acer only slightly less than I hate Dell or eMachines. Unless this is some magical re-brand like the Rocketfish Computer Case, I would steer clear.

Also, being an OEM board the BIOS will most likely be non-existent on it.
