I dont know much about the mcp350 but I do know that the mcp355 is a good pump (thats what i read). If you plan on upgrading, you might as well get the mcp355 and just put that in the loop. You will not need 2 pumps with either setup.
if im not going to use two pumps then i probably dont want to spend 80 extra bucks if i have a good one

well i didnt mount it, digital storm did, so i assume its on correctly but i have been suspicious

for the radiators fan, should it be plugged into a cpu fan header of a regular fan header?

oh and any second thoughs on the pump? (mcp350)

it doesnt matter really where the fans are plugged in. if they are on the cpu header then they will throttle down when needs be and speed up when the cpu gets hotter. i would check to make sure its mounted properly as it may have been knocked about in transit to yours. its not unknown for it to happen, sometimes at work we get customers phoning up because the whole heatink has come off! (tbf crappy heatinks....)
