Semi Accurate is a better source than xbit or xtremesystems. And in some cases better than Anandtech.

Notice how the C2Q outscores the Athlon in Sysmark, but in all of the other benchmarks they're neck and neck, and in some cases the Athlon absolutely smokes it. It's been a long time coming I think.
Obviously the coders of some of these Benchmark Software makers are paid to show Intel Favoritism...

Good job AMD, tell those fakers to go flog themselves!

I'm glad they stood their ground and called it like they saw it!
(Though I might add that, many others of us saw the benches were bad too)

VIA just confirmed that it left BAPCO in a letter reprinted below. This confirms our exclusive news from Monday that Nvidia, AMD, and VIA left BAPCO over their complete gaming of SYSmark 2012 by Intel.

AMD's just embarrassed about their processors. I wouldn't blame them. Bring back the good ol FX-57 days please.

Why would VIA and Nvidia leave as well then?

if you don’t know what a benchmark actually tests and how that relates to the real world, the scores are meaningless. Today, AMD has announced that they are resigning from BAPCo over a long standing dispute over the weighting of scores within the SYSmark suite. When several different benchmarks are used and results gauged by % of a standard, then you can make realistic statements about the performance of a card, eg. X card outperforms Y card by Z%. Go look at conclusions in HardwareCanucks reviews of GPUs to get the idea.
