Corsair H50/H70, Antec Kuhler 620/920 adaptor for GTX 480/570/580 interest? - Page 14

For the Zip Ties you use 1 large one to ring the kuhler block. Then you "zip tie" 4 zip-ties to the 1 large on the pump/block. Feed the loose ends through the GPU mounting holes and position the Block on the die. Then use 4 new zip ties to secure the back side, by using the lock end.

So you use a total of 9 zip ties altogether.

If anyone has concise dimensions for a gtx 480 / 580 antec khuler 620 bolt based mount I am laser cutting a batch of 50+ mounts in the next few weeks. The starting price for a pack of 2 mounts (and two back plates if someone is willing to measure their gtx 580 / 480) will be $25 - 30, but if more people show interest that price could go down significantly and I might be able to add in more colors and maybe even include mounting hardware.

Great! Thank you!

@ OP:

Put me down as a definite purchaser of 1 GTX 570 adapter should you actually produce any.

Thanks. Awesome idea and I imagine if you streamlined the production you could sell them like crazy.

Also, I have a friend who works for a sheet metal cutting company (water cutter, etc.) and could possibly investigate cheap sourcing of the cuts.

Let me know via PM if so. Otherwise, def put me on the list as a purchaser of at least one (GTX 570).

If you can get me an image with measuremeants of the cooler you plan to use (it's main diameter) and an image of the back of the pcb of your card with measurements in decimal fractions of an inch (spacing and diameter of mounting holes) I will send you a prototype test template. If all is good then Ill send you two mounts with mounting hardware.

I would like one of these brackets as well. Hoping the OP replies to my PM!
Thanks

I think a 920 would be overkill. I mounted a 620 to my GTX 570 and my max temp so far has been 45c running benchmarks and gaming @ 937MHz and 1.1v

I would take two. If they fit a GTX480 with the stock vrm plate.
