This, I've read a lot of it too lately

Yes, SATA III (or SATA 3, however it is written in your specs) is the 6Gps drive. I have a C300, SATA III, 64 gigs... I love it. sub-30 second bootup no matter what my CPU is clocked at

I currently have it undervolted and underclocked to a dual core at 3.0 ghz even though it will go to a quad core at 3.5 ghz stable, but temps are too high for me under load so I dropped it until the highest load keeps it -5 degrees below recommended max

Thing is still fast as hell with all these bootup programs, I owe it to the SSD

oh cool thats really nice to know...but which one shall i choose?m4 or c300?

hes using m4 120 gb and he boot his pc within 6 sec lol
