Ok Here is the Required CPU-Z Validation Link.

Well Let Me Start Off By Telling You About My System. Antec 900 Case EVGA nForce 590 SLI Motherboard AMD Anthlon 64 X2 6000+ Windsor 3.0 GHz Socket AM2, 4 GB of Corsair Dominator PC2-8500 C5 1066 MHz 2.1v, Western Digital Raptor 10,000 RPM 150 GB Hard Drive, Corsair GS600 600w Power Supply, EVGA GTS 450 1 GB RAM GDDR5, Samsung 931C 2ms GTG Monitor, Zalman CNPS 9700 NT 110mm CPU Cooler, Sound Blaster X-Fi Fatal1ty Platinum Champion Edition Sound Card 7.1, HP dvd1270 (Lightscribe) DVD Drive and a Mitsumi 1.44MB Floppy Drive and 11 in 1 Card Reader.

O.S. Windows Vista SP2 32 BIT

That's it in a Nutshell. A Bit Aged But Still Runs Great. Could You Give Me Some Tip's on Overclocking So as Not to Ruin this System, Any Help Would Be Appreciated. Also Need a Little Help Concerning the E-Leet Tuning Utility.

I'm Hoping that This is Where to Post this if I'm Incorrect Please Move it and Inform Me. Thank You.

6000+ is a hard CPU to overclock. I used to have it few years ago and I could only managed 3.4GHz on it.

Ok:

Going by the Guide Referenced Above Accompanied by the Fact that I'm Running DDR2 1066 MHz. I Should set the RAM BUS to 533 MHz in BIOS to get the Full Potential out of My RAM Being that it is Automatically Multiplied by 2 would give Me an Operating Speed of 1066 MHz Correct?

I do have the Option to go Higher in My BIOS But I'm Wondering if I Would Benefit from Setting the RAM BUS Speeds to 800 MHz or 1066 MHz

As you now know after reading the guide that you will be ocing by increasing the reference clock. Which in turn oc's the cpu frequency/HT/Ram.
So I would try it first with the ram at 533mhz(1066 effective),just to find if it can be run at an oc starting at 1066.
If it is not stable then drop it back to 400mhz(800 effective) and that will have lots of headroom to oc.

Ok That's What I'm Running at (533 MHz in BIOS) Which Equals 1066 Effectively and Totally am Stable. I'm Saying that in BIOS I Can Set it to 1066 MHz Which Would Give me a Rate of 2132 MHz once Everything is Loaded Up Correct? I Don't Plan on going that High Just Checking the Theory.
I Haven't Touched the CPU or GPU Yet! CPU I'm @ 200 MHz X15 on My CPU and X5 on My HT Transfer,. Any Suggestions on How to Tweek those Numbers Further?

P.S.
My Old Setting in BIOS for the RAM FSB was 750 MHz

This. The threshold for that line of CPUs just so happens to be 3.4GHz unfortunately.

I think someone may have managed something like 4GHz on LN2 but that's because they had the voltage at like 1.85 or something stupid high. o.O
