Got my core temps to show when unlocked... How?

Anyone else ever have this?

Usually it shows as 0 degrees celscius when anything is unlocked or tampered with besides optimal settings in the BIOS

I WISH I would have written down the exact configuration of my BIOS, but I had it OC'ed up to somewhere around 3.5ghz (maybe it was 3.6) but don't know where I had the multiplier or reference number to get it there. Don't know my exact voltages either, it was getting too hot for Prime and I had to leave soon, so I did a quick restart and bumped it back to "optimal settings" before I left for the day in case someone else tried to use it. Came home and realized that was stupid when I got another chance to think about it, I should have just shut it down, told everyone to STAY OFF and use the laptop instead, and checked it out when I got home.

Getting a Hyper212+ soon and I'm sure I can keep it around 3.5/3.6 anyways, and was hoping I would get some insight as to how I did this and if I can recreate it. Would like to be able to see core temp when unlocked.

Hate to say this but you can't
ACC unlocking can mess with the core temperature sensors' ability to display temps. You will have to rely on the CPU temperature sensor instead.

How much are you getting the hyper212+ for? If you're paying over $30, consider something else if it's possible.
