I'll probably buy the 6-core BD and a new GPU so probably $400 for me.

Been attempting to build a new computer for a few days now with slight help from you guys. Currently running on a dell I use as backup since my other 2 computers died within one week of each other.. Current build $1630 + $250 for 2nd gpu, + $350 for dual matching monitors whenever I have the cash to upgrade. $2200-2300? Honestly not even sure how you'd hit over $4000 except buying multiple top of the line GPUs.

I'm looking at a little over $2000, with a little over half of that going to bulldozer chip, new motherboard, video cards, ssd, and Corsair H80/H100(pending reviews). The rest is for some new fans, monitors, and a few other peripherals.

But at the end of the day, that price will go up or down depending on unanswered questions about Bulldozer itself.

Looks $1100 with the OS, Das Keyboard and Logitech G9x mouse. I already have an Antec P182 that I can use as well as a monitor and speakers. I'm going with a Gigabyte UD5 and probably the Quad Bulldozer (maybe a Six-Core).

used supertalent memory - 150
samsung f3 1TB - 50

420+350= $770 all including cpu,tax
420+250= $670 6 core cpu
