HEC Blitz Or Thermaltake V3?

Okay, So I'm on the tightest budget to get a new build, and want a Decent Case for a cheap price. I have heard good things on both of the cases (HEC Blitz, And Thermaltake V3) - And the fact that One guy on craigslist is selling one for 20$.

- I have heard the Blitz can support two 120MM Intake fans (Where the mesh is on the front of the case), and has an option for a 120MM fan on the bottom, two 120MM fans on the top, and a 120MM fan on the rear. - Is that true? That, and I plan to buy some of those Apevia Multi-color fans, since I feel in the mood to make a "Rainbow i3" build. And the fact of That I like the HEC Blitz design, because It's big, Black, And has a neat design.

- I have heard the V3 Is a Good buy for what It offers, since It has option for six 120MM fans, and That seems to interest me. But the only crap part is, that there is a Bit too much space between the Disk drive area and the Motherboard Tray, meaning Hiding cables will be much harder.

So my main concern About the Blitz, is does it hold another Intake fan (120MM, Bolted in at the front)? If it does, great.

My main Concern about the V3 Is: It will be much harder to hide cables, but it does Have an option to install a Side fan, and I will be running Crossfire HD 4870's, so that's a pretty big concern. Although, The HEC Blitz can mount somewhere in the 160-200MM Fan on the side too if mounted with Zip-ties or something else.

Which one is more bang for the buck? (especially concerning the HEC Blitz I can get for 20$ used)

For $20, the HEC Blitz off Craigslist is a winner. I guess they're not awfully different in value and features, but take the one that is cheaper for sure.

I'm not sure about the front fans on the blitz, but if a second front fan above that bottom one isn't possible by default, mount it with zipties! Having too many fans may detriment from cooling ability though. The bottom fan may be totally unnecessary as it would result in too much intake, and some of the top fans may not be necessary either.

The V3 only comes with one fan by default I think, the other fans you have to add yourself.

If you really want to focus on cable management, the

and http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811146058 are at better value.

If you really want to focus on cable management, the NZXT GAMMA and NZXT M59 are at better value.
I'm pretty sure that the HEC Blitz is the better buy, but I'm never sure, LOL. I've contradicted to get the GAMMA MANY Times, but it always ended up with me not getting it. Even though yeah, It's a pretty good buy for what It is, It's just It's Not very appealing. I like Most of NZXT's Cases, But the EVO and This case I just CANNOT stand. My fav's from them are: The NZXT M59, NZXT Vulcan, NZXT Phantom, And The NZXT H2 Silent.

$20? Get the Blitz, as long as nothing is missing and it is in decent shape. I've done a build in one and I felt it to be a great value for the price.
