2. Big map (like SA)
3. If its not being developed for PC (which is probably isn't) at least make it a decent port like SA.
It runs like **** for me on win7. SA that is. I haven't tried to make it run any better though.

The worst part of the San Andreas port is that in order for the game to work (literally for some missions to be possible) you need to have frame limiter on or the game geeks out from high FPS. Frame limiter limits the game to 24 FPS. If they had it limit to 40-60 FPS or even 30 FPS it wouldn't be a big deal to me but it's annoying having to play a game at a solid 24 FPS constantly. Makes me feel like I'm getting doo-doo performance when I'm really not.

pretty sure they'll stick to the console port formula.

Look at GTA IV once the modders cracked it. It looks stunning.
The game better be released before a new PlayStation is released or I have to spend an extra $600 on getting a new generation console since the PC version is probably going to be a bad port
post #46 of 72
I'd rather it was realeased after new consoles are out, at least that way if it's ported it will look half decent without modding, though the pc version (without modding) did look substantially better than the console version, it would still be better to not be limited by crappy consoles.

With Skyrim being dumbed down, Duke Nukem sucking a sack of nuts, BF3 possibly not getting a Steam release, and CoD being CoD, my only salvation would be an awesome new GTA title.
Good point.

GTA3 didn't run as well as Vice City and San Andreas.
