Are these bad frequencies for my RAM?

I don't know much about RAM frequencies and such, so could someone enlighten me as to if this is running correctly? I just want it to be running at stock speed.

If you guys need any more info, let me know. Thanks!!!

You're pretty underclocked right about now. You multiply the DRAM Frequency and you're sitting at 1070 as opposed to the stock 1600. Your timings are at the stock for those sticks but you are going to have to go into the bios and adjust the RAM multiplier to get closer to the 1600 stock frequency. You can do that or you can try to lower your timings to around a Cas 7 or so and keep your frequency at what it is but I've heard that Intel likes a higher frequency over tighter timings (AMD is the opposite). In conclusion what I would do is raise your RAM multiplier so that it gets you closer to that 1600 frequency. Also make sure your RAM Voltage is set to what it should be for those sticks (1.65v)

They should be showing 800MHz instead of 535MHz. Is the CPU running throttled in the screenshot though? That may change things.

I don't exactly know what Cas 7 means, so can you explain that? I'm about to try to go into the BIOS and adjust the RAM voltage to 1.65V and multiplier. Hopefully I can figure out which setting is which.

Its very hard to tell from that photo, for you have intel speedstep enabled in bios then your whole system could be downclocked. It would be best to take a photo from the bios.

Okay so I just went into BIOS and changed the RAM voltage to 1.65V and it showed up in purple, so I didn't know if I was going too high... even though it is supposed to be at 1.65V. Also, I chose 1600MHz as the target frequency. This is what I came out with:

Does that look like it is supposed to?
