I'll try to get some benchmark results together for Crysis 1 and 2 as well as BFBC2. In the meantime, here are a couple pics for the photo section:

I'm using Aerocool xPredator Case, with MSI Z68A-GD65 and my MSI GTX580 Lightning. Notice the PCI slot not really align with the screw hole for PCI slot (Tool free PCI not even fit).
End up i have to pull down my card abit the only able to screw my VGA card to the hole.
Then this happened
92026acd.jpg

End up I have to use a stick (I use the steel cover for PCI slot) to support my VGA card to push up it a bit. It worked.. But sometime when I gaming for long, the problem happened again =/

Ambient temperature around 30 celcius, playing Crysis 2 with core clock (832MHz), the temperature around 73-75 Celcius, is this normal? The fan speed goes up to 70++ shown in Afterburner, quite loud cool.gif

Btw, how to dissemble the MSI GTX580 Lightning, is it just unscrew all the screw on the PCB board? Want to clean the heathink + apply thermal paste.

Thanks!

1)
Ohh I can see that the result page show a wrong 3dmark11 score for me. P81xx only and it should be P8697!! (I think I will beat it soon anyway)

2)
Another thing, now that we push our GTX580 to the extreme, does anyone know if slow harddrives have any impact on 3dmark11 scores?

I mean, if we can use a little more time loading each scene, we might get all the VRMs, the GPU, the memory chips etc. a little cooler, and by that be able to push it slightly higher?

I only have SSD, so I cant test it my self, but if someone know it would be a nice thing to share.

seems like an alien message to me, still got no call?

serious, u get this with cards not clocked?
what psu do u have? maybe u need moar voltage or smaller clock?
any cable or anything touching your gpus inside yo tower?
what is the rest of your hardware? how is it set up?!

what does your steel thingy do?!?

to the temps, theyre fine.. even with almost 90 (very hawt summer) you could have no worries

You should have seen until now that we only use the GPU score of the benches in this club.
The General score is irrelevant.
Your bench score was listed correctly.

And yes an SSD does impact the benchmark performance.
Higher read speeds are the most benefitial factor.

Please guys be a little more patient:P
Everything will be updated as soon as the OP is online.
Btw I got a B+ on my exam today:D

Edit:Sick rig Eric!!smile.gif
I am sure we got our first Killer in the photo ranking^^
