I think very few people do. Afterburner works so god and with voltage control I see no reason not to use it.

anyone here not using their pin out reads for voltages on msi lightning card?

I need 3 frown.gif (i can still get a read out, but i have to manually attach dmm probes to source, and can't just make it stick like i would with the pin outs for constant monitoring)

see the three voltage read points on top? there should be 3 pin outs that are colored red/black that i need.

Thats well above stock settings! Not sure I'd say "rubbish."

That is good, given you are using reference cards, you are on SLI, and you overclocked 18% higher and well above the usual avg. people can get on reference.

Not completely sure how it works, but as I remember my Gigabyte GTX 580 SOC can be adjusted to 1.7v on the GPU with gigabyte coldbug software using the default equiped LN2 bios. I stopped at 1.25v though, since my vrms are still aircooled.

The software can be downloaded from hwbot under coldbug bios section.

Just got MSI's GTX580 Lightning XE, and damn it's nice.

I'm still a complete novice, but I managed to get a stable OC with 1.1V, 906 core, 2205 memory.

Card is damn cold as well. 30 at idle, and ONLY 53 during Furmark.

On a side note, when I'm stability testing, will the point of my OC failing be obvious, really noticeable artifacts, etc.
