temp would be much lower at that time. I use open rig benchtable so I guess air flow is not problem 
Yup better stay at max +200mv for benching for the sake of our life card
Tried with 2600K ^_^ :
I use low - med HSF cooling for 2600K so it's best at 4.5GHz daily 1.27v, later when my money is enough I will try to buy Thermalright Achon X2
