PCB is a stripped down version of something, not sure what. 6 phase layout stripped down to 4. Kind of looks weak on both ends of the input/output spectrum. I was thinking the input looked weaker though.

Input = 12v line coming in from the PSU.
Output = The voltage after the VRM controller. This is the voltage going to the core or memory.
What clepto is saying, is that this card being a little stripped, could use some extra caps, which will likely gain a bit of stability at higher clocks even without a voltage mod.
