read all your comments. really gave me a lot to think about..

my bro uses the g700 & there's absolutely nothing wrong with it, except it doesn't have enough buttons - # of buttons is the main selling point for me.
HOWEVER. one thing it has is the build quality. coming from my experience, logitech > razer when it comes to lifespan by a long run.

So it's either buy an Epic that will last ~year, or a logitech that sacrifices buttons for lifespan. Wired Naga being the cheaper alternative/buy more than one.

I'll be going down to the store soon, I have decided that if the Wired Naga is miles cheaper (with the price drop after Epic's arrival), I will instead buy 2 Nagas. Should that not be the case, I will compare the price differences between the Epic & G700, should the G700 be much cheaper, I will immediately go for it.

I'm crossing out Epic as it costs USD145 in my country and the fact that it's probably only going to last a year tops for me (wear & tear on the rubber coating in all of razer's mice) is quite the huge deal breaker. Then again if someone is able to tell me whether it's valid for RMA, I will ignore all my previous verdicts & go for the Epic.

Just came back from the store! Bought the Naga Molten (rofl @ the one random guy who told me to get it)

Here's my thought process:
Naga vs Epic
• Button placement on left click +10
• Cheaper by USD50 +10
• No battery/power maintenance +5
• No wireless -10
• No grips -5
• Lesser weight without battery -5
Verdict: +5 Molten. Epic eliminated.

Didn't get G700 due to personal preference. Tried out my brother's one & disliked the overall feel despite the better build.

Definitely the epic, I own one myself, and I love it, just remember to plug it into a USB 2.0 port, because if you use a 1.1 port (like on a KVM switch) you will have sensitivity issues.

I really want to get a Naga. I play a lot of RPGs and RTS games and the five buttons of the DeathAdder simply aren't enough.

Both are overrated. The wireless lag from the Epic is negligible.

I've had the Molten for a while and it's served me well. Only flaws are the lack of thumb rest and the hard-to-reach M4 and M5 buttons.

Also, for those interested in the Naga, have a look at the Corsair Vengeance M90, which is considered by some reviewers to be the next step in "lotsa thumb buttons" mice:
