Some Quick Questions

some questions i have to ask,

do you guys accept interac online for payments? the only online retailer that i know of that does is ncix, as i dont have a credit card yet this somewhat strangles me, are there any plans or considerations to get interac if not?
also, i have to ask, why is your website so very very annoying? its mainly basic stuff about the website that annoys me, for instance i click add to card, it says please input a value, you should probably set that up so that if no value is input it defaults to one (1), another thing is your categories system, finding specific items is a hassle through your categories, i also note that you have some categories that just don't make sense or are missing, for instance, you have "CROSSFIRE READY" but no "SLI READY" section, im also going to note that allot of the icons used for certain sections just makes the website look out of date and cartoonish, i want to buy from a modern professional E-Store, not a cartoon store that i simply cannot take seriously, I'm sorry if this offends but honestly it dosen't look like much time was invested in making the website easily navigable and professional looking

Hi John,

Just to answer your questions:

1. We currently don't offer an interac payment solution. As of now, we only accept credit cards, but this is something that is could definitely be subject to change in the future, so stay tuned.

2. Our website platform was recently updated and we're still working through some of the changes. In our previous version, the add to cart/default to 1 was already an embedded mechanism. We're currently working on re-establishing this default setting.

3. We plan to add an SLI Ready subsection under the Nvidia section.

Thanks for bringing these issues to our attention! We appreciate the suggestions, and will be working to improve our website.

my main point in cartoonish is the choice of pictures for each section, for instance now that youve added an sli ready section that appears to be a newer card, however if i look at the "nvidia" section its a card that appears to be very out of date, it in a way is misrepresentation, albeit honestly my main this with the rounded feel to everything, i guess thats more a personal preference thing but i just find that it ends up taking space in certain areas, I am going to point out navigation annoyances, lets say i want to find a modular power supply, or an 80+ power supply or combinations, the categories dont really allow for me, also something a friend found, 17in lcd monitor.... its a motherboard picture

Hey John,

Yup, we know. We're working with our platform provider to make things as convenient as possible for the consumer. It's a slow process, but we're working on it!

Thanks for your feedback.
