Why? Your chip is not that great. Actually 1.375V for 4.5 is quite on the higher side.
The 2500k itself though is awesome.

My first chip needed well over 1.4v to get 4.5 stable so that is good IMO.

Your title doesn't make much sense, but If I got what you typed correctly, meaning you Bought a 2500k and smashed AMD in the face, LOL. Im New to AMD, and I really wanna go back to Intel already. xD

It's just for fun. It's saying that i5-2500K kicks AMD's Butt. Simple as that

Honestly, As how much I love AMD For their Price/Performance, I'm going to have to Very much so Agree with you on that. Their Technology is far more advanced for gaming. Media Encoding/Video Editing, now that Might be a different story. I wonder what Is equal to a X2 550 BE @ 4.1Ghz from Intel.. I think a E8600, but I aint so sure on that.

I know a Q9550/Q9650 is faster than a Phenom II x4 clock for clock. A Phenom II x4 will have to run 200 - 300MHz faster clock to be able to match a Yorkfield

From the benchies I've seen~ it's almost the other way around. AMD's chips do really good for gaming, but suffer versus media encoding and processing vs Intel. The i5/i7 (especially the 2600k) dominate that front... but AMD doesn't do bad in gaming at all. Thus in a lot of ways making it better in the price-performance arena.
