Don't know what you have done to eliminate the issue. But have you tried to connect the bare minimum, just only display see if you can get a POST screen to eliminate other hardware issues? After 2 graphic card and 2 mainboard, there must be something else causing the issue.

try the stuff in a different pc. cpu then ram then gpu, if all works in different pc mite be psu not giving out enough amps to power it. watts mean nothing without amps to drive it. Like having a truck with 400HP but only 20 torque. cant pull a thing.

I've come be believe that 't's not a hardware issue. H've swapped out or replaced everything except the cpu. And it worked for me briefly since recieving the new mobo. I just have to tinker with it till I can get it working again. My first thought is miswiring.

Monitor issue resolved. Found out dvi to vga adaptor was broken. Solved problem by buying HDMI cord and just using my hd tv
S a monitor. Unfortunately, i'm getting random bsods now. Good news though is that i'm idling at 23 and loading at 36.

Found out I needed to flash my bios. I did so I and now have the latest one. For a while that worked, but now I keep getting the bsod stop codes 109 and the code for page fault in nonpaged area. Trying the error check option on my hard drives. I'm trying very hard to not have to reinstall windows. Any suggestions that don't require internet access will be greatly appreciated.
