updated OP. I'll be getting in about 24 new 80mm fans, and 2 more cases so I can start stacking higher.

I also will be installing a bracket for a 17in monitor mount and a keyboard tray soon, so for now, this is just a plain setup for these systems to function. I also just upgraded my internet connection too Don't mind the crappy wiring and cable management so yeah enjoy and any tips go ahead and lay them on me.

I love your project. That is what every farm should look like. I have one of those racks at work and it awesome. Are you putting your server/media server there too?

yes sir I am. I've tried to put everything in there that I can fit since it's large enough.

I want to let everybody know: I've spent yesterday and all of today working on the build. I've:

1) been to frys twice
2) been to Altex *a horrible personal computer store but good enterprise need store.
3) built my 3 i7 rig in a nice case and tested it
4) rewired the whole rack
5) replaced all the fans in all the rigs *except the media center*
6) remounted all the units properly

this afternoon I'm hooking everything back up, tuning my switch and untangle router, mount my 22in screen into the rack, and turn all the rigs on and getting back to folding. Pictures to come!
