i have a 2x2g 1333 corsairs case 7 or
ripjaw 2x2 g 1600 case 9

if its for intel the 1600, if its for AMD the 1333

about the same, But I would personally use GSkill, could probably clock it little higher.

What are you doing? If its for everyday general use I'd go with the tighter timings of the cl7. For lots of multitasking go with the higher freq of the cl9.

Yeah 1600 and 9-9-9-24-1.5v seems to be the most usual norm for Intel nowadays.
