Hmm, okay. What keyboard and mouse are you using? Are they USB or PS2?

G15 keyboard and a razer salmosa mouse and both are usb.

I had a G15 which worked fine. The one with orange lighting.

You aren't putting them into the USB 3.0 ports by any chance, are you?

By default I think legacy USB 3.0 support is disabled, check that setting.

Okay. I had an issue with my G15 where it would enter the setup without me pressing any buttons during boot.

Try swapping the mouse and keyboard to opposite ports. That solved my issue.

Welcome to the club

If you turn LLC down on your motherboard and up the vcore a little, you should be stable at 4GHz with less voltage. What is your NB at? Voltage?
