If I can get AMD branded water-cooling kit I would like 8150. Maybe the 8120 or the 8150

When you guys do get BD run some benches. I have noticed that pretty much all of the review sites used the Asus CHV. The couple I saw that used the ASrock boards, BD fared decently against an i7-2600k.

Hey, a person with a level head. What are you doing here? Shouldn't you be proclaiming "This is the end of AMD!!" or "LOL Intel still wins" like the other guys?

I'm still playing the waiting game because of many reasons...

After weeding through the reviews and coming across the Hardware Heaven review
http://www.hardwareheaven.com/review...roduction.html

My hopes were lifted that the results we are seeing today are possibly due to poorly coded bios in the CHV. Plus i like the look of the Asrock Extreme 3 http://www.asrock.com/mb/overview.as...0FX%20Extreme3

Yeah I read that one. Holding out for new BIOS for my board and availability of the chips.

I am waiting to see what this weekend brings us. Possibly reviews on different boards, plus bios updates, MS Driver updates, who knows

Exactly! Everyone seems to be all doom and gloom, and it's getting old, fast.

...there's a new BIOS that came out this morning with the following description:
Quote:
  1. Update CPU code.
  2. Improve USB mouse function.
I'm sure the CPU code is referring to the new Bulldozer chips, although they haven't been listed in the CPU Support List as of yet. Anyway, I don't think I've ever had problems with my USB mouse using this board, but I'm going to try this out and see what happens.

I'm sure ASRock has released new BIOS versions for their other boards as well, so you guys might want to check up on that, especially if you're going to get a Bulldozer chip soon.
