ok after a lil expermintation i think i figured out my boards issue,, i installed my old raptor drive and did a fresh install. no more problems, which leads me to belive that i must have messed up my RAID 0 somehow. the configuration of it must have been messed up. no more green screen flashes and now i can see the load up screen. guess i better go read up some more on how to set up a raid 0

Just make sure the UEFI is correctly set up for you to create the Stripe/Mirror in the AMD controller's BIOS (I believe it's CTRL+F when the controller post screen comes up). Once your array is created, Windows 7 will detect that Stripe upon install. Then install AMD's SB & RAID drivers afterwards. Here's what my UEFI v1.50 looks like for my Stripe:

I'm liking this board so far but I can't get the XMP RAM profile to stick. I did it once but it reverted after OCing

If the OC isn't stable then it reverts back to Default settings. It looks like you're running 4 sticks - Have you tried just 2 sticks (both in the Red Slots)? Also, I'm not sure that your Ripsaws will run @ the XMP on the JEDEC voltage on an AM3/+ board. Since they're "intended" for Intel you may have to add voltage [AT YOUR DESCRETION] for them to run @ XMP.

For instance, I have to run my A-DATA XPGs @ 1.72v to get the XMP stable. It will most likely require less voltage on an AM3+ cpu to hit those speeds.

I'd rather keep the RAM than try to squeeze more out of OCing (I run VMs for work) Like I said, I got the XMP to stick once, @ 1.6v, but can't get it to load again. I choose the profile but then DDR3-2000 is not an option. Still getting used to UEFI
