So after clarifying the issues with the Extreme9 990FX not being able to be recalled out of sleep mode, that poses a "personal preference" question. So to the pople who dont put their computers into sleep mode, what do you do?

I never really liked sleep mode. So, I did hibernation.

You should read it as "need bios 2.10 " or newer... ie. any BIOS newer than P2.10 will also have the updated CPU support so just use the latest P2.30

If this is at stock you have bad hardware.Could be a sata cable even. If it's overclocking, then you are not stable. Memtest RAM,swap sata cables.

adtakhs, try doing memtest86+ as well as HCI Design Memtest to check operational stability of the RAM and memory controller. Also try swapping around the RAM slots.

You may have to swap in a known good CPU if need be.
