I don't need to post any proof or valid material for that matter simply because I don't care what you or any other person on this forum decides to do with his/hers card. I'm just sharing my opinion.
As far as I know changing to the wrong memory timings can cause corruption. Of course there might be other reasons such as voltages. The possibilites for failure are there, and you know there's a risk even though you don't know the exact reason. Why risk it?
