Well I think it probably wouldn't help too much more. Honestly I would run a stress test with this setting first, just to make sure your system isn't liable to crash when in the middle of a game.
But yeah, in any case, I believe another hundreth or so voltage decrease wouldn't make a noticeable difference.
Try to clean your case out as much as possible. Especially if you leave it on the ground, this can cause dust buildup, or hair/fur if you have pets. Also, attempt to clean up your cables as well.
You can usually set varying levels of fan speed depending on temp. Sometimes there are different settings in your BIOS to do this. Or you can use SpeedFan. That way it will be 'automatic' in the sense that it will decrease when you are just browsing the web, or go faster when you are gaming. Except it will be more to your specifications, and not just 'all or nothing'.
