what is your budget you want to spend on the computer? Like, in reality, how much are you willing to spend?
wheres my parents credit card. but uuu heres some suggestions.
get a dif case. tai chi isnt that great. go with one of the older cm stackers or an armor. get 4 200g hardrives and put them in raid 0+1 instead of using a single larger drive. make sure to get drives with 16mb caches. also, if your looking to spend big bucks, get a tagan 900w just so you have plenty of room for the future. make sure to get sata dvd drives aswell. ooo and go with gskill or ocz for your memory. corsair is overated. ooo and 2gig kit is important. that should be doable on 6k. thats my 2 cents.

I'm willing to spend $6000 but it looks like I'll only be spending $5000 or less with my original build. And yeah Sleeper I have been thinking about the case for weeks, I'm still looking for better cases. The HDD is with perpendicular recording and looks like it's faster than a 10k RPM raptor, but maybe I can get a better deal.

nothing but a 15k rpm scsi drive tops a raptor. everyone says that they arent as good as other drives becaus its only sata150 and not 3gig but you have to remember that nomater which sata interface the highest sustainable speed is about 74Mb not 150 or 300. those are what it will peak to somtimes. just get 4 200 gigers and raid 0+1 them. nothing will be faster except for a raid aray of like 4 raptors or somthing which wont have the same space.

I wouldn't touch 7950GX2... Go for a X1900XTX CrossFire build. ATI has better image quality, higher lower FPS, and HDR / AA support.

Physics Card?

The way I figure is, you should cool your chipsets with the next level down of cooling. If you use air cooling for the CPU, passive cooling will be fine for the chipset. If you use watercooling for the processor, air cooling for the chipsets. If you use phase change for the processor, watercooling for the chipsets and videocard.

I would get the PC Power and Cooling 1KW PSU. It is the best in the world.
