Well now you're pushing into my neck of the woods.
Step one: forget the calculators. TEC'ing theory and reality are two completely different animals. Not that they can't get you a general idea of what you'll need.
Here's an insulation guide: http://www.overclock.net/peltiers-te...ecing-sub.html
Here's a 920 http://www.overclock.net/water-cooli...ter-block.html (skip to the end) on a wateblock Mindchill made at 4.5GHZ. That rad I used is along the lines of what you are looking for. You'll also need two d5's with an aftermarket top or the Koolance dual d5 resevoir running in series for head pressure. Alternatively Danger Den makes an external cooling stand http://www.dangerden.com/store/exter...pump-case.html
Point is what you want to achieve isn't going to fit in a case short of one of those giant Mountain Mods cases or one of Little Devils.
Lastly two 331w 50mm 31.5v TEC's will do it. And with a 600w 24v meanwell~$100 as well. Otherwise just lower your sights a bit and what you are looking for Mindchills block will do and with a controller to boot. Once you get up there into the bigger TEC's controllers go out the window.
