I got to take apart my friend's broken ps3 and I too was surprised how easily it came apart.
looks like both builds are starting to make some headway. more pictures soon maybe?

One last update.. We're finally going swimming

For the CPU block, I have chosen the The HEATKILLER®CPU Rev.3

The GPU's will be cooled with the stock Classified Edition blocks from the EVGA factory

The MOBO will get a Nickel POM Black Fullcover Block from mips

For the pump I'll go with a Laing D5

I'll use two XSPC RX480 - 4x120mm RADS

Haven't decided on a RES yet, open to suggestions..

Updating parts list..

Given what you spent on the case, surely you can do better than this... Anyway I think about any reservoir can be made to look good in that monster, so I say go with what you think looks best to begin with.

I'm in agreement with Chimp. Depending on your pump(s) you might even get a Res that mounts on the pump. I'm going to(finally) get an EK 250 Advanced multioption, but I do like the Double Helix Res too. That is a sweet sweet looking Res. But since your setup is blackout, I'm thinking Multioption would be a good choice. Though it's basically down to personal choice since you have to live with it.

Agreed.

The Fan for my Dominator kit was nice but it blew a lot of dust across my Doms(all slots filled) and those little 60s' are pretty loud. It's a nice idea if you can limit dust intake to nada, but since that will never happen in any Enthusiast case I yanked mine and stuffed it back in the box. Just a wast of time.

If water cooling and running Doms I'd suggest a RAM block.

What would you suggest Chimp??? I think the HydroCopper block is pretty nice... I have one on my other build too.. I think Ill leave it for now unless I start to notice a serious lack of performance.. But i think thats unlikely

If I'm understanding this waterblock correctly, you don't have to remove the whole heatsink. You just remove the screws on the fins, they come right off, and the waterblock screws into their place. I have no experience with this block, but I'm pretty sure that's how they work. I'm sure someone else will chime in with more info
