I searched for, and found, an even older driver for the GTX590 on MSI's site: http://www.msi.com/product/vga/N590GTX-P3D3GD5.html#/?div=Driver&os=Win7%2064
It is 259.22 dated 2010-09-20. I still get the message that there is no compatible device installed when I try installing it.
Maybe some of you can download it and see if there's anything in it worth extracting.
I downloaded the gtx590-1v.rar driver and have no idea what I'm supposed to do with these 2 files, so that they can be used with my EVGA GTX590 Classified's.
The only BIOS I ever tried installing for a videocard is the one that's supposed to unlock the fans of EVGA's cards so that the fans can run at 100%.
I don't know if it installed incorrectly, didn't install at all or just plain doesn't work. My max fan speeds are still 95%.
If I could get the voltage up to a reasonable level then I'd be watercooling my cards anyway.
