thats @ 4.5ghz but for 4.0ghz,
try 200FSB*20Multi @ 1.5vCore. Set everything else to auto/default.
See if your CPU is limiting you.
-945s aren't BE :/
First, is your CPU C2 or C3? (I'm even sure if there's a C3 because it says "Not specified" on AMD.com. Run CPUID's CPU-Z and check. It should say.
Lower the RAM base to 800Mhz, set the fsb to 267 with 1.55vCore. Lower the HTLink multiplier to 9 (267*9=240X) 267*15=400XMhz=4.0ghz. That being set, the vcore @ 1.55v still isn't stable.
then, its just not able to do that, because it can be a C2 stepping, and limits overclocking.
C2s tend to be around 3.8-3.9Ghz. If you can get 3.8-3.9 on 1.5vcore with a multipler of HtLink of 9, (FSB*9=Ht Link), then youve got a nice chip. Difference between 3.9 and 4.0 isn't much in performance/games.Edited by Speced - 7/13/11 at 8:59pm
