1333 ram will limit your overclock

idle temp is meaningless

max temp should not go above 62c, aim for around 55c

c3 ver will overclock better than c2
http://products.amd.com/en-us/deskto...False&f12=True

keep the ht close to 2000 +/-100

ram as low as possible, base of 800
266fsb will bring ram to 1066

ram base of 1066
266fsb will bring ram to 1422, might be too high for your 1333

So ... my GSKILL RAM PC10666 is work 1066 or higher. But HT set 1800?

Dude. Just set vcore to 1.5v, set ram base to 800, up the FSB to 266 and voila, just check your temps, 55c under load is great, but get a nice aftermarket cooler.

Uhh unfotunately get blue screen, So I was setting on FSB 266, NB freq 2660x10, HT Link 200 and CPU Voltase 1.5 also RAM still auto, read 1068. Something is wrong? Already use System Cooler from Scynthe MUGEN.

Try looking at http://valid.canardpc.com/show_oc.php?id=1907148 thats @ 4.5ghz but for 4.0ghz,

try 200FSB*20Multi @ 1.5vCore. Set everything else to auto/default.
See if your CPU is limiting you.
-945s aren't BE :/

First, is your CPU C2 or C3? (I'm even sure if there's a C3 because it says "Not specified" on AMD.com. Run CPUID's CPU-Z and check. It should say.

Lower the RAM base to 800Mhz, set the fsb to 267 with 1.55vCore. Lower the HTLink multiplier to 9 (267*9=240X) 267*15=400XMhz=4.0ghz. That being set, the vcore @ 1.55v still isn't stable.

then, its just not able to do that, because it can be a C2 stepping, and limits overclocking.
C2s tend to be around 3.8-3.9Ghz. If you can get 3.8-3.9 on 1.5vcore with a multipler of HtLink of 9, (FSB*9=Ht Link), then youve got a nice chip. Difference between 3.9 and 4.0 isn't much in performance/games.
