koolance 6990 block & EK 6970 block dont line up!!

Thread Starter
Hey guys,

I have a koolance 6990 block on my 6990 and an EK block on my 6970 but when trying to link them in serial or parallel, the fittings dont align.

anyone got these 2 blocks in their loop together and want to share a good method of connecting them?

They can be trifired... so they need to line up for that setup.

Manufacturers do what they want, and there is no ''standard''. So they often don't line-up between different manufacturers. Really annoying.

You can always make 2 different loops like I did with my 2 EK 6970 waterblocks and my Koolance 6990 block:
