Did you at least try to boot with a different PSU?

I dont have another PSU that i can try but seeing as everthing is getting power that shouldn't be the issue right. fans are spinning and glowing ect

also i just booted it up with no ram and the speaker made no sound what should i conclude that the mobo is dead? is i possible the cpu is dead? I can assure you that he speaker is plugged in correctly.

That could rule out a faulty GPU.
We already ruled out faulty GPU when he took it out and plugged the monitor in the IGP for the same no-boot.

Clearing CMOS or not, any BIOS defaults to IGP if no GPU is isntalled, and to GPU if it is installed. Clearing CMOST changes nothing there.

OP, I'm not 100% sure, but I think a bad CPU should beep. No beep *i think* means bad mobo.
