interesting... i just like how now you can differentiate between skills in your inventory without having to scroll over every single one. I was thinking at first the new gem art was just going to be some fluff (as depicted above) but it does actually service a useful purpose when you have an entire stash tab full like I do since each skill gem has a unique look now.

They have the right idea but they overdid it to the point that it is very distracting. A few small marks on the gem would suffice to help differentiate each gem.

meh maybe... but there are A LOT of different skills. I personally don't think its overdone. You can select in options whether to have sockets always appear or just when items are hovered over, so as far as gameplay... it doesn't distract me at all.

I never cared to sort my gems before, only separating the support gems from the main gems.

With the new gem art my OCD took over and I sorted them all.

It has made me realize I had far too many dupes of gems. I now only keep 2 of each base and all gems with %quality.

That is one reason I like the art. I can now sort gems... before i'd jsut throw them all in the stash and never know what I had. Now there is organization.

Look at the base qualities (number of sockets, links, colors you need, and base armor/evasion/es) You can turn a white into a boss rare for cheap, but you cant turn a crap rare into anything special for cheap (except for changing socket colors and number of sockets).

Also be sure to familiarize yourself with the vendor recipes. It makes it SO much faster to acquire currency.
Vendor recipes and currency care to explain hate being annoying all the time but curious didn't know crafting existed hah guess I need more levels and play time...

I've been using ground slam seems my regen mana almost keeps me on the move I poped in a health regen neck instead of my mana one might switch it back haven't had any health problems once putting that in.

Read this first. Crafting isn't necessarily a "thing" in and of iteself. It IS the game. What I mean is the currency all has purpose, and with most of the currency, its purpose is to re-invent the items you find in the game. Read that first post and familiarize yourself with currency and what each of them do, then read the wiki for vendor recipes. If you have any additional questions feel free to ask thumb.gif

So I'm at level 81 on my CI wand shadow. Things are going pretty slow because only 1 of the people I play with are high enough level to farm with me. I level pretty quickly in 71-72 maps, but they hardly drop because the low drop rate :/

Anyone here on SC level 75+ that wants to do maps in party? Our current party is a summoner and myself. Our loot rules are maps to opener and named loot (usually). My ign: wanddoken. Make sure you put two "d"s because there is someone else with the name wandoken lol.

Or let me know if you are starting out. I have a level 13 summoner that I want to level.
