A build powerful enough to... - Page 4

I've gone ahead and purchased:

RAM: 4GB (2x2GB) Corsair DDR3 XMS3 1600
Optical: Samsung SH-B123L/BSBP 12x BD-ROM & DVDRW Combo
Case: Silverstone GD06B Grandia

I saved about £5.50 as they were in the Today Only offer and even got some DVD cases (yay?)

I swopped the BD-RW back to the BD-Rom as I've decided if I need more space I'll build a NAS Still not sure on the processor/APU though.

Well I purchased it all and ran into two problems. First is that the graphics card doesn't fit, the heatsink is too wide for the case to close so have to RMA that.

Second, the PSU doesn't fit. The hot-swappable drive cage doesn't fit with a modular PSU, have a different PSU arriving today and I'm having to RMA the other one.

Hopefully I can finally get this running today! I'll have to wait for the GFX card to get refunded before I can purchase another one. Good job I got the APU!
