I can't thank you guys enough! It's really nice to have so many people with knowledge about this stuff come to this thread and help me out. So, I've decided to go with the Xonar DX and the M10's. I can't wait to upgrade from monitor speakers! Thanks again guys! +rep for everyone!

Hey guys, OP here, I just came across a major problem... The current configuration I have will not allow me to use a PCI-E 1x sound card, so I can't go with the Xonar DX. I need to find a sound card that uses a PCI connection. I am still going to go with the Swan M10's, so a card ~$100 USD that fits the same general requirements on the original post would be great. Thanks for the help again guys!

The Xonar D1 is literally the exact same card, but with a PCI interface.
