Is Equus 3320 Auto-Ranging Digital Multimeter any good?

This thing will show range in 3 decimal places? 1.475v?

I got myself the Equus 3320. I powered on the dmm and set it to dcv and red in v port and black in com port. How do I test my cpu vcore on the mb listed on my spec?
