That's okay, as it turns out...a lot of people here miss posts. It happens.

Your loss, really.
Not much of a loss if I wasn't hyping it up to begin with.
I buy games, based off them being a good game. I refuse to buy games from developers who lie (cough Crytek), and ones that shove bad DRM down my throat (Origin if its turning into what I think it is). And I wait until I can at least see some hard evidence to prove either direction before letting my wallet do the talking.
I made the mistake of pre ordering Crysis 2 (canceled after the beta was released). I made the mistake of paying $75 retail on Crysis, Warhead, and GTA IV (individually mind you).
So excuse me for being mindful of my wallet.
Mark my words, Steam refused to sell BF3 for a reason. Some of you might not like Steam, but there's more to the story than what we're hearing. I'll bet on it, that Origin will turn into an activation method, and update service for BF3. And I'll bet on it, that's why Steam pulled BF3 from their digital shelves. And since I refuse to run Origin due to EA having bad service....yeah no thanks.
I've got plenty other games I can play that are as good or better anyway.
