Kinda obvious its a blower..

I really doubt that it would break a case. My case isn't "weak" at all. I'm not sure what type of cases your thinking about..

Maybe try a Dyson Air splitter? lol

EDIT:
I put a black & decker blower on my computer...forcing air through the front vent....I think it lost 10F

lol! you put a leaf blower through your computer? That has to be loud as heck!

Anyway, Dyson air multiplier is the biggest piece of overpriced crap i've ever seen in my life. It DOES use fan blades, hidden in the base.

Lol Actually it was that Stanley one. but yes it was pretty loud, but when your room is 90F+ with 80% humidity...stock cooling won't even TRY to keep a Pentium D 820 cool.

Although, he really should of directed all the airflow with a fan shroud or something. It wouldn't be that hard to use some air ducting, or even with cardboard..
