Firstly: Check if your board has a Reset CMOS button. Look in your manual in regards to that.

Also, the clear CMOS procedure usually is as follows (PLEASE LOOK AT YOUR MANUAL, A MISTAKE COULD BE FATAL)

1. Unplug PC
2. Press on button
3. Find CMOS clear jumper
4. Move it to clear position
5. Remove CMOS battery
6. Wait 30 secs
7. Put back battery
8. Move jumper to original position
9. Plug in PC
10. Profit

But, usually, in a BIOS flash, BAD CMOS means the flash went well. So, try going into your bios and looking for an option that allows you to Load Optimized Defaults, to get everything back to normal

I REPEAT:
PLEASE consult your manual. These things vary from board to board, and if you make a mistake while clearing the CMOS (such as booting with the jumper in the clear position) you could kill the board.
